any time. Here are the types of partnerships we offer:
Introducing Broker or Agent (IB or IA)
You introduce your clients to Equitrade Markets and these clients
become our customers. You have the option to play a part in
the management of these accounts (e.g. you may trade on
behalf of these customers using a Power of Attorney). In
return you receive a fee or revenue-share.
Omnibus Introducing Broker
Omnibus IB accounts differ from Introducing Broker or Agent
accounts in that your customers are invisible to Equitrade
Markets.
Instead, you are responsible for account opening, trading
and customer service. We provide an account or accounts
through which you can trade on their behalf.
White Label Partnerships
We are happy to discuss the option of allowing you to brand
our products with your company name, logo, colours etc. so
that your customers are doing business with you rather than
Equitrade Markets.
We can be extremely flexible in creating a solution that
meets your requirements. Here are some of the areas to
consider.
Account Set-Up
If you are introducing your customers on a fully-disclosed
basis we have efficient online and paper applications to
help with this process. If you are entering into an omnibus
partnership we offer a master account and sub-accounts
structure.
Pricing
We let you choose how you price the products we offer:

Flat fee or percentage
commissions

‘Market’ or marked-up spreads
(derivatives products only)

Ability to charge custody or
management fees

Option to offer different
pricing to different customer groups
Trading
We offer both phone and online trading. If you are an
Omnibus Introducing Broker you can trade in each customer
sub account or use our block trading facility and then
allocate trades across sub-accounts. We can do this to your
instructions. This can be done either by using allocation
keys provided to Equitrade Markets or by sending the allocations by
chat or mail if it differs from the usual set-up.
Reporting & Back Office
We can give you access to a variety of reports so that you
can monitor trades, assets, commissions, margin levels and
any other customer activity. If you have access to our Back
Office tools you will be able to monitor customer activity
and or your own trading in real-time.
Customer Support
We look to provide the highest level of support for all our
customers and partners. If you introduce your customers to
Equitrade Markets we will do everything we can to look after them.
Similarly, if you continue to manage your own customer
relationships, we will do all that we can to support you in
offering our products to them.
